Furthermore, the revocation of your access rights to a subscription or membership due to violations of the Service Usage does not entitle you to request a refund of registration fees or any claims resulting from the revocation of such access.

D. TERM OF SERVICE

1. Placing an Order

1. 1. When you begin subscribing to one or more of our services, you are considered to have the intention to subscribe to these services in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Everything depends on the type of service and the confirmation of the service price.
   2. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email that your order has been placed in our system and is awaiting payment. We will also provide payment details along with the payment method in the same email.

When placing an order, you can make payment for the service you ordered through the electronic payment methods provided by an independent third-party provider ("Payment Method Provider") on the app, including electronic money, bank accounts, or other payment methods. You must provide all details correctly and accurately, confirming that you are the legitimate user of the debit card, credit card, or bank account used to pay for your order. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order. Product and service costs may fluctuate. All prices advertised on the site are subject to such changes without prior notice to you.

2. Payment.  When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your order and that your order is awaiting payment. Please note that this confirmation email is merely an acknowledgment and does not constitute the finalization of your order or the formation of a sales contract. A sales contract will only be formed once we send a confirmation email stating that your payment has been received and that the items you ordered will be shipped to you.
3. Pricing and Refunds. We will always do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions, availability, and pricing of services on the website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify a technical error within our full control that results in a failure to provide the service, Soogie ID may assist in facilitating a refund request. Technical errors that may result in a refund include, but are not limited to, server issues, system disruptions, or similar technical problems caused by Soogie ID. Refunds will not be processed if the error or issue is caused by actions or negligence on the part of the customer, such as selecting the wrong product, errors in user data input, or incorrect email addresses.

The refund scheme that we can facilitate is if:

   2. The refund amount will only be provided based on the difference in the nominal error that occurred.
   3. The refund period will be processed within approximately 30 business days to the bank account provided in the request.

Subscription fees, transaction fees, and other fees that have already been paid cannot be exchanged, canceled, refunded, replaced, or transferred to another person/party.

4. Use of Promo or Discount Codes. Promo or discount codes may be offered to customers from time to time. These codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account where the promo or discount code was offered. Promo or discount codes from one account cannot be transferred to another account.
5. Access Rights. By paying for and subscribing to the service, you are entitled to Access Rights to Soogie ID's exclusive services and content. These Access Rights will end when the Subscription Period expires. The Access Rights we refer to here only include the right to access and view the content, features, and services available on our website.
